Bluestem Health Kreshel Clinic

Services are provided regardless of ability to pay through a sliding fee discount program. Fees are calculated based on household size and documented annual income. All patients are eligible to apply for the sliding fee discount, even those with insurance.
Dental Clinic offers preventative dental services including: X-rays, exams, cleanings, fillings and extractions.
Pharmacy services offered to patients. Those eligible for the sliding fee program receive their medications at 30 to 50% below the retail market. Kohl's, Walgreens, Genoa, and Walmart fill all medications. Mobile Medical Clinic services, in which a van visits different locations to see patients.
HIV/STD testing provides confidential HIV/AIDS testing and counseling.
Transportation program provides a limited number of cab vouchers.
Mental health services are provided in-house through a partnership with Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, as well as being referred out to collaborating behavioral health agencies.

Radiology has certified x-ray technicians to provide limited x-ray services.
Medication assistance programs help uninsured and underinsured patients apply to various pharmaceutical companies. Staff complete applications for patients to obtain their medication at an affordable cost.
Translation services offered to non-English speaking patients. Languages include Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Kurdish, Burmese, Karen, and Thai.

Provides emergency food for those with an immediate need outside the days and times available through the community's larger regularly scheduled pantries. Includes non-perishable food items and occasionally some paper, hygiene, and household products.
Child Protection Response Center
Works with law enforcement, child protection services, physicians, state and county prosecutors, and other healthcare professionals who find themselves dealing with cases where questions of possible child abuse and neglect arise.
Provides complete physical exams, forensic photographic documentation, in-depth psychosocial assessments of the child and family, medical record reviews, hair sampling collections for drug exposures in children and adults, urine drug screen facilitation, courtroom testimony, educational presentations, and referrals to child protection services, law enforcement, mental health services, and substance abuse services.
Forensic interviewer and mental/behavioral family assistance available.
Robinson NOW Program - Nutrition On Weekends

Created so that eligible children and adults who have a disability could obtain legal advice and representation to protect and enforce their rights guaranteed by Illinois' mental health laws. Attorneys provide needed assistance to persons with disabilities in a variety of settings:
- Mental health facilities.
- Residential programs.
- Community placements.
- Nursing homes.
Issues addressed include, but are not limited to: admission and discharge from hospitalization, adequate treatment, refusal of unwanted services, and confidentiality of mental health records. Assistance takes the form of information, referral, and legal representation in court hearings and administrative proceedings.

Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department
Promotes environmental and personal health through health promotion, disease detection, disease prevention, education and regulation. In cooperation with community resources, assists the community and the citizens to assume responsibility for their individual health and the health of the community. This is accomplished through assessment of the health status of the community, policy development and leadership, and assurance that high-quality services are available and accessible to all persons. LLCHD works with city, county, and state government to encourage policies and regulations which promote and protect public health. All warming centers open in below-freezing temperatures and officially issued weather advisories and warmings, or when wind chills are below freezing. Open to the public with the only exception being personal ban/barres from a facility. Service and emotional support animals are welcome.
