Provides a boxing diversion program to drug use, gangs, and violence. Services are available for all youth, especially those in low-income households, to participate in extracurricular activities while providing a safe, healthy, and positive environment. Youth are taught the fundamentals of Olympic boxing through the direction of licensed/certified coaches. The program is designed to teach responsibility and self-control while supporting positive life outlook. Issues of pre-delinquent and delinquent behaviors such as alcohol and drug use are addressed in the program. Can also establish tutors for youth members as needed.

Immunization services including flu and pneumonia, most travel vaccines, and routine vaccinations for children and older adults.

Provides abuse and crisis intervention services to those going through a domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or sex trafficking situation. Services include a family violence crisis line, counseling or counseling referrals for survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault, emergency shelter and transportation, peer support groups, and child advocacy.

Protection order assistance, criminal justice/legal advocacy, and medical advocacy are also available to those who may need it.

Assists eligible participants with overcoming educational and financial barriers with comprehensive, individualized support through collaboration with students, families, educational institutions and community agencies to provide a path to educational success.

Provides financial assistance for those experiencing financial hardship from a layoff, mental health issues, or strain from medical bills. Various assistance includes, rent and mortgage assistance, food help, transportation expense help, and prescription medication costs assistance.

For Thanksgiving/Christmas 2025:

Holiday Food provides special meals during the holiday season.

Holiday Families provides support to families during the holidays, in partnership with community organizations.

Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets are offered through some Mid-Sioux Opportunity outreach offices, as well as Christmas gift distribution programs. Dates and times vary by location. Families are encouraged to contact their local office for details.

Provides sustainable homeownership, home renovations, and revitalizes neighborhoods through collaborating partnerships.

Offers a Partial Hospitalization Program providing psychiatric treatment and care that is a step down from inpatient care, but more involved than Intensive Outpatient Program. Partial Hospitalization Programs typically include psychiatric day treatment, various counseling services, and more. Treatment for co-occurring substance use disorders available.

Offers to assist homeless veterans to become employed. Veterans are connected to training and other needed resources. Although the target is homeless veterans, the agency has additional staff who will assist any veteran in obtaining employment.

Offers services for substance abuse assessment that are organized around individual assessment in partnership with our customers to best meet their needs.

Offers law enforcement services to the Wright County area. Issues gun/firearm permits, runs requested background checks, and manages the county Jail.

Provides individuals and families with low-to-moderate incomes with financial and asset-specific education and 4:1 savings match for one of the following purchases/investments:

- Home

- Vehicle

- Small business start-up/expansion

- Post-secondary education

Provides child care services in a developmentally appropriate, interactive learning environment.

Services offered:

- Enhanced preschool services in partnership with the Rockford Public School's Early Childhood Program.

- Infant/toddler care.

- Before and after-school child care.

- School-age summer and holiday care.

- Nutritional services.

- Comprehensive family support system.

Provides free and confidential sexual assault/abuse and crime victim services to anyone that has been sexually assaulted/abused. Off-site/out-of-office services provided include trauma-informed services, counseling/therapy, legal advocacy, medical advocacy, social services and basic needs advocacy/case management, safety planning, 24/7 crisis helplines, and 24/7 crisis intervention at hospitals/law enforcement. Service plans based upon services client wants to receive.

Also provides community trainings in Professional settings and offers Information about Services.

Telehealth is provided for those that need, or would like it.

Provides psychiatric services for adults.  Psychiatric consultation occurs within the context of a treatment program. Medication may be prescribed as part of a treatment plan which typically also includes therapy, education, and community support.
