Creates mentoring opportunities for young people to gain the knowledge, skills and support necessary to lead healthy, productive lives. Program serves multi-ethnic young people ages 15-23 who come from fractured family structure and teach basic life skills through relational mentoring.

Short Term Care: Designed for patients recovering from surgery, injury, or serious illness. Provides specialized therapies, customized treatment plans, and therapists to help clients improve and strengthen mobility.

Acute Care: Provides comprehensive medical care to help residents stabilize and recover from serious illness or injury.

Services may include:

- Physical therapy.

- Physiatry.

- Transportation services (including dialysis).

- Respite care.

- Mental health and psychiatric services.

- IV therapy.

- Speech therapy.

- Respiratory CPAP/Bipap/Trilogy.

Free and confidential services include pregnancy options information, pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, adoption referrals, maternity and infant and child supplies, parent education program.

Offers a large resource center that can equip families with clothing, shoes, toys, toiletry items (limited), infant supplies, and larger infant items such as cribs, bouncy seats, pack-n-plays, and other items subject to availability. Items are gently used and vary based on donations received.

Focuses on outreach, engagement, and face-to-face counseling services for seniors. Senior Community Specialists assist seniors with navigation and access to entitlements and other benefits, support services and appropriate community resources.

Offers a disaster program that consists of several basic services. These services address many of the typical needs of a disaster survivor. Salvation Army disaster relief is also flexible according to the magnitude of the disaster.

- Housing Fund (Rehab) - Loans are available to income-qualified homeowners in Region XII COG communities for home repairs to eliminate health and safety hazards, including windows, doors, roofs, furnaces, etc.

- Housing Fund (down-payment) - Loans are available to income-qualified homeowners in Region XII COG communities for down-payments required for the client to qualify for a commercial loan.

Provides information and assistance regarding programs and services available for older adults, individuals with disabilities and caregivers. 

Provides delivery of hot meals to home-bound seniors. Additional frozen meals available to be used for dinner and on weekends.
