Provide in-home services to help seniors and individuals with short- and long-term disabilities stay in their own homes. Some services include:
- Meal planning and preparation.
- Light housekeeping and laundry.
- Bathing and grooming.
- Errands.
- Transportation.
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.

Collects property taxes, conducts annual tax sale for delinquent taxes, processes vehicle transactions, issues driver's licenses, and issues motor vehicle titles and registrations.
Women's Choice Center
Offers medical grade pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasound, limited sexually transmitted infection testing for females, Forever Loved program -perinatal hospice and miscarriage care.
Other medical services include pregnancy option counseling, adoption referrals, and community resource referrals.
Provides resources to families including a children's clothing boutique, diapers, wipes, and other baby items. All items are donated.
Offers REAL Choices student and adult education programs.

Provides community service programs for energy and environmental education.
Agape Community Outreach Mission
General emergency assistance and case management program for those experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Lutheran Services in Iowa - Muscatine
Supported community living for people with disabilities. Children and adults learn things like how to balance a checkbook, brush their teeth or set a shower schedule, make new friends, be safe in their community, communicate with others, etc. The goal is for people to achieve their own goals of independence. Services are available daily or hourly with Medicaid waiver.

Grow Ministries, Inc.
Provides a jail/prison ministry dedicated to serving women needs both inside and outside of jail/prison. Women still in jail or prison will receive weekly messages of encouragement. Those released from jail/prison will receive continued support and encouragement from advocates from GROW and can accompany women with sentence hearings and court appearances. Additionally, any woman enrolled in GROW’s Jail/Prison Ministry, must actively participate in a local faith-based community.

Offers a 24 hour Mobile Crisis Response Team. Anyone experiencing a mental health crisis can call to have the Mobile Crisis Unit dispatched.
Saint Charles Township
Provides General Assistance as a monthly stipend to eligible residents. Financial services include help with rent and utilities. Applicants meet with a case manager who determines eligibility and manages the program.
Hancock County Health System
CANDEO
Provides in-home support for people with disabilities who want to be active members of the community. Services range from 10 hours per month to 24-hour support and supervision. Staff help with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and planning social activities such as calling friends or going to the movies.
Restoration Living
Provides sober living housing for women transitioning from substance use treatment into independent living. The program offers support from others in recovery and helps residents stay sober, learn everyday life skills, and adjust to living independently in the community.
Western Nebraska Community College - Sidney
Students who participate in free monthly lunch-provided workshops and other activities may be eligible for limited financial assistance. Students must be currently enrolled at WNCC and apply for the program. The program is co-located with the TRIO Student Support Services program.

LIHEAP (low income home energy assistance program) provides assistance with a utility bill. Applications are accepted November 1 – April 30; for elderly or disabled individuals applications are accepted starting October 1. Income must fall within 200% of poverty guideline. Call for an appointment. A letter has been sent to those who may be eligible for early application in August or September.
**This program is not designed to pay a household's total energy costs. The program will provide supplemental assistance based on several factors. This is a one-time payment to your energy provider.
