Provides support to teens an young adults through high school graduation through post secondary training or education. 

Community benefit program that assists patients with obtaining medications who are uninsured, underinsured and with financial needs. The MAP program also works with patients and physicians to find generic alternatives to costly brand name medications.

The program provides MAP patients with a one-time prescription to ensure they do not go without critical medication while external assistance program medications are being mailed to them. The medications are provided through the Methodist Fremont Health Pharmacy at no cost or at a reduced price for patients.

Offers visits in the homes of eligible parents during pregnancy and early infancy to help improve their personal health and development during the prenatal period and learn to care for the child following birth. The visits encourage good nutrition; and provide information regarding danger signs in pregnancy, preparation for labor and delivery, breastfeeding and other feeding options, baby supplies, basic infant care, newborn behaviors and child development. They help to ensure that infants and toddlers are nurtured, live in a safe environment in and around the home and receive proper health care.

Also provides structured opportunities for parents to engage in recreational activity or sport in cooperation with their infants or young children, or to participate in teaching their youngsters leisure-time skills.

Offers free career development services to veterans and former military regardless of discharge status. Services are aimed at helping veterans utilize their transferable skills to career in civilian life. The program includes 8 hours of face-to-face learning, or the program can be completed independently.

Provides routine testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. Confidential testing for HIV is also routinely performed. Testing for Hepatitis is determined on a case-by-case basis. Counseling and referrals for service and treatment are available for additional needs.
