Call the White Cloud Health Center to book an optical time slot; Must have a prescription (must be valid and dated within the last 12 months); For those who need a prescription, schedule an eye exam with refraction by contacting the White Cloud Health Center

Assists with providing eyeglasses or contact lenses to enrolled tribal members living in the Tribe’s service area.
- Adults: 1 pair/year, up to $500.
- Children: 2 pairs/year, up to $500.
- Contact lens users must follow the same prescription process; contact the clinic to have an order submitted to McPeak Optometry in Hiawatha.
