Therapists work one-on-one with clients to evaluate and address issues such as depression, addiction, generalized anxiety disorder, or other behavioral disorders through counseling sessions. Nurse practitioners and psychiatrists can prescribe and monitor medications and provide therapy.

Offers to match the caller’s legal problem with available resources, such as advice, extended representation, or referral. For most low-income applicants. Callers are screened for eligibility, and a determination is made whether eligible callers have a legal problem that falls within the priorities. If the caller’s legal problem is eligible for review for extended services, the caller is referred to one of our five regional offices. If the callers are not eligible for referral to a regional office, attorneys provide the caller with immediate advice or quick access to other information and resources.

Offers a weekly open-ended group facilitated by a profession social Worker. It is for individuals who desire to learn and improve skills to balance and maintain emotional well being.

Serves as a crisis team with an Engagement Specialist and Crisis Counselor providing mobile crisis response intervention including on-site counseling, mental health evaluation, and assessment for psychiatric hospitalization.

Provides clinical health care services for people who have no health insurance or whose health insurance does not cover the services they need. Services include general examinations, medicine that is free or low cost, advice for patients regarding how to help themselves feel better, and help finding care at other clinics for more specialized services. The clinic is staffed volunteer doctors, nurses, social workers and others.

Community free pantry.  A "choice" pantry where customers can shop for needed items.

Provides CASA volunteers wgi are independent appointees of the court. A CASA volunteer thoroughly examines a child's case, provides medical, educational, personal, and legal advocacy, explores various community resources for the child and family and makes recommendations to the court. CASA volunteers are trained to remain objective and professional, and will develop their own independent assessment of what is in a child's best interest.

Provides services to terminally ill patients and their families. Focus of services are on comfort rather than curative care, emphasis is on relief of physical symptoms and emotional support.

Outpatient therapy for children and adults. Therapies used include Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Lifespan Integration, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Technique, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Critical Incident Stress Management, Substance Use Disorder Psychotherapy, and Play Therapy.

Outpatient psychiatric services include evaluations and diagnosis, and medication management.

Helps low-income people and families buy food.

Offers the Restaurant Meals Program, which allows eligible SNAP customers to buy meals at authorized restaurants. (Available to SNAP customers who are homeless, elderly, and/or disabled.)

The LINK card is accepted at many farmers' markets.

Expedited/Emergency SNAP Benefits may be available (in 5 days or less from the date of application) to eligible clients if:

- Monthly income, cash, and bank accounts are less than client's rent or mortgage plus utility costs, OR

- Monthly income is less than $150 and client's cash and bank accounts are not more than $100, OR

- At least one person in the household is a migrant farm worker and client's cash and bank accounts are not more than $100.

Offers law enforcement services to the Guthrie County area. Issues gun/firearm permits, runs requested background checks, and manages the county Jail.

Assists in the development and growth of area businesses, and creating community involvement.

Provides entrepreneurial development services such as business training, counseling, and resource partner referrals to service members, veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, military spouses, and family members interested in starting or growing a small business. The program is funded by Small Business Administration.

Offers clothing items, cooking utensils, bedding items, toys, etc. to those in need for a minimal cost. Revenue received is used for other household crisis situations.

STD testing and treatment.

Medical assistance program assists low income individuals in applying to drug companies for a reduction in the cost of monthly/regular prescriptions.

Behavioral health care for routine conditions such as anxiety and depression.

Counseling provided by a licensed practitioner (PLMHP).
