Activities include educational instruction, daily living skills practice, and vocational support. Vocational training supports developing job skills, positive work habits, and allows access to work in a supervised environment. 

Offers programs geared towards domestic violence intervention and anger management services for perpetrators of domestic violence.

Maintains and provides access to official real estate documents, contracts, articles of incorporation, partnerships, state and federal tax liens, military records, birth, divorce, death, and marriage records. Offers services for issuing and renewing licenses for ATVs, boats, snowmobiles, and fishing, as well as marriage licenses and certificates. Operates as a Passport acceptance facility with photo services and processes military records for tax exemptions and benefits.

Additionally, issues public health permits to certify compliance with health laws for various facilities and institutions. Services include the establishment of standards, review of applications, issuance of permits, and enforcement of compliance through inspections and monitoring.

Provides care that includes residential treatment, outpatient treatment, sober living, crisis care, and prevention education. These programs address mental health and substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring disorders, and have a strong family component to involve parents, guardians, and other loved ones in the journey to healing when appropriate.

Provides a food pantry that is specific to the needs and appetite of HIV positive individuals and offers meat and personal selection of items. Nutritional supplements such as Boost and Ensure are also available to the client

Veterans Pantry

Provides food, clothing, household items, cleaning supplies, and grooming/personal hygiene items to veterans in need.

Provides affordable, safe, service-enriched housing for low-income families.

The Resident Services Program, offered onsite by a Resident Services Coordinator, provides key activities and supports to residents for health and wellness, education (out-of-school time program), financial stability, housing stability, and community engagement.

Provides a continuum of mental health treatment, supports and habilitation services designed to assist adults with a serious mental illness to overcome barriers and develop a happy and meaningful life. CBRS staff are committed to helping individuals who desire increased satisfaction in life areas including home, work, school and relationships. Services provided: First Episode Recovery Support Team (FERST), Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), Supported Community Living (SCL), Community Support Services (CSS).

Offers scholarships, amounts are dependent of funding levels, to income eligible individuals who are planning to attend accredited Illinois University, community college, technical or vocational schools. Preference is given to applicants of racial or ethnic minorities.

Provides health care and specialty health care services, including mental health care. Can also provide family and internal medicine services.

Story time and activities for children.

Provides mental health counseling services to veterans. Services include treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and OCD.

Offers library services and programs for youth including story times. Items that may be borrowed from or used in the library include DVDs, large print materials, audio books, magazines, and newspapers. The library also provides access to computers, WIFI access available, reference, and information services.

Provides access to materials, including print, electronic, streaming, and downloadable items. Materials are available for circulation and in-house reference use.
