Services such as counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy are provided by a qualified mental health professional. Counseling services can take place in an office setting, at school, or in the home based on family need.

The overarching goals are to decrease unintended pregnancies, reduce the transmission of sexually transmitted infections, and promote comprehensive health and wellness.

The division is responsible for the construction and maintenance of the County Secondary Road System, including ditch cleaning, roadway surface repairs, bridge and culvert repairs, and snow removal.
