Tax preparation for low and moderate income taxpayers of all ages, with special attention to people 60 and older during tax season (Feb 1-April 15).

Offers a program for parents and youth individuals ages 10-14 to work together and build relationships. Participants will practice skills, play learning games, and do family projects in highly interactive sessions. Sessions are designed to increase family bonding, build positive communication skills, and solve problems together.

Grandparent aged volunteers serve as mentors, tutors and caregivers in schools and daycare classrooms for children and youth who need extra attention. Work one-on-one or in small groups under supervision of trained professional staff at school, Head Start and daycare centers. The program offers a tax-free stipend for those who meet income guidelines, transportation reimbursement, and monthly training sessions.

Distributes more than 23 million meals annually throughout a 23-county service area in eastern Iowa and western Illinois through a network of over 300 partners in food pantries, schools, senior residences, and community action organizations. Offers yoga classes for free to individuals currently undergoing cancer treatment as well as cancer survivors and YMCA members. Services include a range of class styles for all experience levels, with options for low, medium, and high intensity.
