RAMP works with students and their families to learn the laws that protect the rights of a student with a disability, how to navigate the maze of community services, and to learn the skills required to achieve their goals.

Services include legal rights training, self-advocacy skills training, peer support, independent living skills training, transition planning guidance, educational workshops, and assistance with letter writing.

Offers a food and clothing pantry to those in need. Pantry can be accessed once per week.

Provides anger management classes, including domestic violence classes. Certificate upon completion.

Minimum class hours are 4. Does not include intake. Anger Management can be completed as individual or group sessions.

Provides training, supports, and supervises community volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in the Vermilion County juvenile abuse and neglect court. A visitation center is also available for children to have a safe, secure place to visit their parents, siblings, and relatives. ​

Provides outpatient drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment services. DUI Risk Education, a 10-hour program required for DUI clients whose evaluations indicate minimal, moderate, or significant risk. And group counseling for clients with DUI evaluations of moderate, significant, or high risk, as well as clients seeking substance abuse treatment.

Monthly free diaper giveaway program, held in the HMC lobby. Limited quantities available; may not have all sizes.  Only the parent or legal guardian may pick up diapers.

Blood pressure screening, nursing services, immunizations, tuberculosis testing, communicable disease prevention, tobacco prevention, etc.

Aims to protect people against known and emerging infectious diseases in Nebraska by enhancing vaccine availability through partnerships with community providers across the state.​

Works to protect Nebraskans of all ages from vaccine-preventable disease by:

- Raising awareness of the importance of timely immunizations

- Enhancing trust and understanding of the benefits of vaccines

- Increasing confidence in the safety of vaccines

- Partnering with public and private providers to offer vaccines regardless of ability to pay​​​

- Recognizing and developing policies that support timely vaccination

- Providing vaccine related resource for providers, parents or guardians, and individuals

Provides access to materials, including print, electronic, streaming, and downloadable items. Materials are available for circulation and in-house reference use.

Provides Public project-based housing.

Provides assistance with independent living services for Nebraska youth (generally ages 16-21) who may be aging out of the state foster care system.

Offers informational resource for families, child care providers, employers, and communities. Improves family's access to quality and affordable early learning programs to ensure children have the early experiences they need to reach their optimal development.

Offers respite care program providing supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in group settings, allowing for social interaction, inclusion, personal growth, and community exposure. Offers a variety of scheduled activities based on the interests of the individuals.
