Provides Supported Community Living (SCL) for persons in the Intellectual Disabilities waiver(HCBS/ID) and persons in the Brain Injury Waiver (HCBS/BI). SCL addresses the desires, goals, abilities, health and safety of persons living in their own homes or in the home of a parent/guardian.

Offers 3 licensed Residential Care Facilities for the Intellectually Disabled. 

Provides immunizations including Tdap boosters, measles/mumps/rubella (MMR) vaccinations, Hepatitis B vaccine series, and annual vaccines. 

Offers a 24 hour Mobile Crisis Response Team. Anyone experiencing a mental health crisis can call to have the Mobile Crisis Unit dispatched.

Offers immediate crisis and mental health support in an alternative, calmer environment than Emergency Departments. Peer recovery support specialists, including those with lived addiction recovery experience, assist distressed and overwhelmed individuals in a comfortable setting without using more intensive intervention.

Utilizes Psychological Assessment for evaluations, treatment planning, psycho-legal issues (court-ordered assessments and/or treatments, etc.) and more.

Testing batteries can diagnose and inform clinicians of a variety of conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and others.

Services for individuals who need help due to a health condition, physical impairment, or are homebound for other reasons. Services include: transportation to non-emergency medical appointments, building wheelchair ramps, modified steps, steps and railings, and running errands or grocery shopping.

Offers Equine Assisted Services to adults and children of all ability levels, including:

- Adaptive Riding;

- Therapy Services through Occupational, Physical, Speech, and Mental Health Therapy;

- Equine Therapy for Veterans and First Responders;

- Adaptive Carriage Driving;

- Life Skills, and more.
