Provides immediate, walk-in care for minor injuries and non-emergency illnesses that are not life-threatening but need early attention. Common conditions include sore throat, pink eye, flu, sprains, and strains.

Outpatient mental health therapy, typically for families with children. Includes Parent Child Interaction Therapy.

School based therapy (available through Papillion and Bellevue high schools).

Offered to patients of all ages and is often ordered for the patient who is too weak or too ill to travel to the hospital or outpatient clinic.

Infusion Services may include

- Initiation of home infusion therapy, and teaching the care of infusion sites, lines and medication administration.

• Initial doses of approved medications.
• Educate patient and caregiver on safe administration of medications, possible side effects and possible drug interactions.
• Instruct patient and caregiver in care of all types of infusion lines and medication pumps.
• Maintenance of PICC and Central Line.
• Monitor patient's condition and response to treatment.
• Consultation and review of medication profiles.
• Preparation, dispensing and monitoring of medication orders.

Offers a variety of recreational and educational activities for youth individuals. Cub Scouts are for boys and girls in grades K-5. Scouting is for young men and women ages 11-17. Career Exploring programs are for young men and women ages 14-20.

Offers a program for parents and youth individuals ages 10-14 to work together and build relationships. Participants will practice skills, play learning games, and do family projects in highly interactive sessions. Sessions are designed to increase family bonding, build positive communication skills, and solve problems together.

Offers a food pantry to those in need.

After school programming. Enrolled students provided with snacks, homework assistance, and hands on STEM and daily activities. Community groups such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and UNL Extension programs offered.

Offered at Centennial, Emerson, Lost Creek, North Park, and West Park elementary schools.

Grants special requests to individuals in the Lincoln community.

For Christmas 2025, community members may submit nominations on behalf of friends and family who are in need and/or deserve a special favor. A limited number of families or individuals will be chosen, and wishes will be granted in December.

Nominations will be accepted from Monday, October 20, to Friday, November 14, 2025, at 5 pm.

Provides year round community recreation activities throughout the 13 member districts for children and adults with disabilities.

These member districts include Barrington Park District, Cary Park District, Crystal Lake Park District, Dundee Township Park District, City of Elgin, Hampshire Township Park District, Huntley Park District, City of Harvard, Village of Lake in the Hills, Marengo Park District, City of McHenry Wauconda Park District and City of Woodstock.

Provides the following services

- Free on-site pregnancy testing.

• On-site limited obstetrical ultrasound services.
• STI/ STD testing.
• Parenting education (HOPE program).
• Support to pregnant woman whose unborn baby has been diagnosed with an adverse or terminal condition and wish to carry to term (Willow Story program).

Provides health care and specialty health care services, including ambulatory and extended care and geriatric rehabilitation services.
