Provides comprehensive support services for individuals and families facing mental health or behavioral challenges. Families build a personalized support team that may include professionals, service providers, friends, mentors, and other trusted individuals. 

Provides services for women including: pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, prenatal vitamins, maternity and baby clothing, baby supplies, formula, and bottles.

Provides food boxes.

Family resource program to support parents in educating and nurturing their children. The program provides parents with opportunities to move toward self-sufficiency by working with other community organizations. Health and mental health services are also provided to participants.

Program helps parents better understand their child’s stages of development with individualized visits in the home. The weekly visits are 90 minutes in length and are designed to meet the needs of each family. Staff will assist families in planning activities that encourage the child’s growth. Supported Community Living and Home Based Community Services to provide the support necessary to assist adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses to live, work and enjoy recreational opportunities in community settings and live as independently as possible.

Community Support Services include monitoring mental health symptoms, transportation, supportive relationships, communication with other providers, assistance in attending appointments and obtaining medication, and crisis intervention.

Day Habilitation programs provide daily structure and positive support to help clients establish relationships.

Counseling Services for Children/Parents/Families in Child Welfare:  Counselors utilize a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to assist people to recover from past traumas and their well-being is enhanced. Assists families in the identifications and solutions so that their strengths are maximized and connections to other support systems are available to them.

Community Counseling offers in-person or telehealth community counseling, which can assist with:

-- Reactions to trauma.

-- Depression.

-- Anxiety.

-- Poor education success for children.

-- Children demonstrating unusual behavior.

-- Marriage conflict.

Provides a variety of services for and related to support groups, such as:

- Refer individuals to appropriate groups.

- Help new groups form.

- Conduct courses and workshops for group leaders.

- Provides consultation to existing groups.

- Educates public about self-help.

- Publishes the Support Group Directory and specialized list of groups.

Provides early childhood education services for children. Services include learning a variety of subjects including math, science, literature, music, and art. Services may also include a summer camp.

Offers supervised apartment living for adults with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, brain injury, or mental illness.

Provides AFAS education grants, scholarships, and loans to children and spouses of Airmen and Guardians. 

Offers a program for parents and youth individuals ages 10-14 to work together and build relationships. Participants will practice skills, play learning games, and do family projects in highly interactive sessions. Sessions are designed to increase family bonding, build positive communication skills, and solve problems together.
