Offers MEDICAID (Medical Assistance) to people who are low income and aged (65 and older), disabled (including blindness), women needing treatment for cancer or pre-cancerous conditions of breast or cervix (who have been screened and diagnosed through the Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection program and who do not have credible health insurance coverage), children under 21 years of age, pregnant women, parents or other caretaker relatives of children under age 18 (or under age 19 if they are attending secondary school and are expected to graduate before age 19). Medicaid will pay the costs of Health care, Dental care, In-home health care, Nursing facility care or Residential facility care.

Offers an overnight shelter for men only with showers, hot breakfast, transportation support and connection to case management, health care, and other services. Provides 100 bed counts but ability to expand to 176 if needed. Individuals must be screened at Cunningham Township - 205 West Green Street Urbana, IL before 4 pm Monday-Friday (excluding holidays); or between 6 pm-8 pm at STRIDES - 70 East Washington Champaign, IL on any day.
Emergency winter shelter will be located at Armory at Park and 2nd St., Champaign, IL.

Distributes perishable and non-perishable food during open pantry hours. Visitors can receive food once every two weeks.

Provides medical care and education services for women. Services include mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams, pap tests and education on self-breast examinations to eligible women. Treatment options are available if screening results in diagnosis. If qualified, women who have already been diagnosed with cancer may receive treatment.
River Hills Community Health Center - Fairfield
Provides health care services for care of acute and chronic illness. Services can include breast exams and pap smears, immunizations, flu, and pneumonia shots, pregnancy testing, physicals for school, sports, and work, and sexually transmitted disease tests and treatment.
