Offers services for issuing and renewing licenses for ATVs, boats, snowmobiles, and fishing, as well as marriage licenses and certificates. Operates as a Passport acceptance facility with photo services and processes military records for tax exemptions and benefits.
Additionally, issues public health permits to certify compliance with health laws for various facilities and institutions. Services include the establishment of standards, review of applications, issuance of permits, and enforcement of compliance through inspections and monitoring.

Designed to assist Social Security Disability (SSI/SSDI) beneficiaries with the transition from Social Security Disability Benefits to work. It provides employment supports and services to help reach work goals.
RAMP also has a certified Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor (CPWIC) that can assist individuals with understanding their benefits and the changes that will occur once employed.

Family Resource Program offers language skills, citizenship classes, translation and other assistance regarding INS documents, birth certificates, marriage certificates, high school and college diploma, educational transcripts, and health care services. Offers tax return filings to the community. Employment assistance to job seekers, and employment Bulletin Board information and referral services through bilingual radio program.

Youth Leadership Program where youth meet every week to learn leadership skills, community and cultural involvement, and career development skills. Offers Asian Student scholarships - currently provides four (4) $500 scholarships to Asian graduating seniors from any Lincoln Public School.
Seniors Program provides weekly group education programs at the center providing health and behavioral health services to Asian elders.
Cultural education through sharing and presenting the Asian cultural information and activities in Lincoln/Lancaster County. Other cultural activities such as lectures, Tet festival, talks and a number of multi-cultural training sessions, Vietnamese and Chinese language classes, and cooking classes are organized at the Center for a wide variety of groups throughout the year. Cultural and resource orientation classes are offered to New Americans and refugees to educate and share cultural aspects that will help to the refugee community to understand and adjust to have a harmonious life.

Assists older adults to remain independent in their home as long as possible by providing an evaluation of the older adults' needs, developing a plan of care to meet those needs, and monitoring their plan to make changes as appropriate to keep them independent.
Care coordinators also provide an evaluation in the hospital or at home to educate individuals about their resource options prior to entering a nursing home.
Benton County Service Center
Advises and aids veterans and their dependents in applying for federal benefits through compensation or pension claims. Emergency financial assistance for basic necessities such as rent and utilities may be available. Can also assists with applications for benefits made available by federal, state or local laws.

Early Head Start Child Development Center - Central City Tiny Bison Preschool
Family resource program to support parents in educating and nurturing their children. The program provides parents with opportunities to move toward self-sufficiency by working with other community organizations. Health and mental health services are also provided to participants.
Program helps parents better understand their child’s stages of development with individualized visits in the home. The weekly visits are 90 minutes in length and are designed to meet the needs of each family. Staff will assist families in planning activities that encourage the child’s growth. Social activities will be held twice monthly to provide the opportunity to interact with your child and other families.
IMPACT Community Action Partnership – Polk Co. (Ankeny)
