Offers free mortgage counseling for homeowners and will help with a third-party mediation to help get modifications on home loans. Works in conjunction with Iowa Legal Aid if legal services are needed during the advocacy process. 

Coordinates and directs a comprehensive emergency management program which addresses mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery relative to disasters and major emergencies.

Offers support and counseling for those who have a gambling disorder.

Assists Nebraskans who are 60 years and over or have a disability and/or their representatives in accessing services and supports to allow the person to live as independently as possible in the setting of their choice. ADRC staff are available by phone or in person to assist in accessing resources based on the person’s needs and preferences. This may include providing information and referrals for services such as housing, personal care, transportation, food and nutrition, public benefits, therapies, employment, and Options Counseling.

Provides home delivered meals to eligible homebound seniors within the service area.

Provides Independent Living Skills Instruction for clients with intellectual disabilities.

Provides supportive services, guidance, and situational intervention to allow developmentally disabled individuals to maintain or enhance their ability to live in the Rockford community and surrounding area.  Services include self-care, social skills, educational and vocational skills with physical and developmental disabilities.

Work with each individual to develop and initiate a support plan to meet their needs and personal goals.

Assists individuals in securing services and opportunities not provided by Milestone.

Provides comprehensive services for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Services are designed to promote growth and support for individuals as they meet their individualized goals at home, work and within the community. Services include vocational, day habilitation, residential, case management, transportation, and therapeutic recreation services. 

Offers school bus driver training and refresher courses.

Provides care to those following hospitalization or stayed in a rehabilitation center. Offers services to help an individual make a safe and healthy recovery at home.
