Serves Iowans age 60 and older and those 18 years and older with disabilities.

Accepts in-person locations (Des Moines, Ankeny, Boone, and Indianola) accept donations of personal hygiene items & diapers/wipes. All locations except for Indianola accept non-perishable food donations as well. Cash donations are always accepted.

Meals for the hungry: two meals available Monday through Friday (breakfast and lunch), one on Saturday (lunch), and one on Sunday (evening).

Provides free care for acute concerns, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare.

Services not provided emergency care, dental services, mental healthcare, children's healthcare, or immunizations.

Provide in-home services to help seniors and individuals with short- and long-term disabilities stay in their own homes. Some services include:

- Meal planning and preparation.

- Light housekeeping and laundry.

- Bathing and grooming.

- Errands.

- Transportation.

- Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.

Coordinated network of services and supports that address the needs of a child's behavioral health care. Includes:

- Coordinates next steps when a child has a potential behavioral health issue or if a screening has indicated a potential concern

- Support from other parents who have experienced the process of planning behavioral health care

- Informational sessions to learn more about children's behavioral health and relevant child and family wellness topics

Provides property assessment, property value information, Homestead, Veteran and Family Farm Credit sign up.

Offers a food pantry to those in need.

Provides suicide prevention and mental health education at every public middle school, high school, or private schools. Services are designed to teach students on how to practice healthy coping skills, recognize early warning signs of mental health challenges, reach out to trusted adults for help, or connect with school and community resources. 

Provides Behavioral Health and Treatment Services including evaluation and treatment assessment, outpatient counseling, and group therapy. Also provides Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Offers to teach alternative skills of blindness such as Braille, cane travel, and alternative communication skills.

Behavioral health programs for youth provide care primarily for mental health disorders and co-occurring substance use disorders. Outpatient services include individual, group, and family therapy; psychiatric services and medication management; partial hospitalization programs (PHP); and community-based services in schools and courts.

Offers residential treatment and outpatient treatment.

Offers family therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients and their loved ones.

Provides a liberal arts college offering undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

Provides comprehensive health care services, including lab tests, EKGs, skin biopsies, geriatric assessments, cryotherapy, and more.

Collects property taxes, conducts annual tax sale for delinquent taxes, processes vehicle transactions, issues driver's licenses, and issues motor vehicle titles and registrations.
