Offers crime victim and support services to victims of gun violence and their families, including:
- Crisis Response: Crisis Response services are available to every family in the aftermath of gun violence. This includes mental health first-aid, practical needs of the victim and family, liaise with law enforcement, engage in interactive safety planning, and address any other emerging urgent needs.
- Funeral Expense Assistance: For deaths by gun violence, our specialists provide information and rights assistance and expense assistance for funeral arrangements.
- Legal & Medical Advocacy: Case Manager will ensure you are supported and informed during the aftermath. This includes: getting case updates from the police department, attending court alongside individuals or families, attending doctors appointments or hearings, etc.
- Government Aid Assistance: Case Manager can assist in necessary applications for Medicaid benefits.
- Support Groups: Offered for parents that have lost someone to gun violence, for teens that have been affected by gun violence, for adults that have been affected by gun violence, for victims of gun violence, and for our forgiveness campaign.
RAMP Disability Resources and Services - Stephenson County
Empowers people with disabilities to attain new skills and techniques so they are able to participate in daily living, recreational/social opportunities, and vocational/volunteering activities. Services work to assist people in mastering skills they need to live independently, like accessing public transportation, managing a personal budget, promoting self-advocacy, teaching home-making skills, utilizing community services, and obtaining assistive devices and durable medical equipment.

Weekly group meetings are held for young adults pregnant or parenting a childbirth until entry into kindergarten. Each meeting provides a meal, parent/child activities, childcare and parenting discussion groups. Groups are provided for expecting parents, childbirth, newborn, infant moms, toddler moms, preschool moms, dads, Hispanic Moms and Hispanic Dads, African French/Swahili families.

Provides home-delivered meals to individuals aged 60 and older, including those with disabilities or spouses of eligible individuals. Home delivered meals are also provided to those who are home-bound, isolated, frail or unable to prepare meals for themselves.
