IowaWORKS Center - Dubuque
Works to help individuals, including those facing significant employment barriers, secure and retain high-quality jobs. The program assists people in finding employment, funds training when needed to gain or retain a position, and provides assistance in obtaining work permits or official documentation required for work authorization.
The Adult Program serves people who are at least 18 years old and, if applicable, registered for Selective Service. The Dislocated Worker Program serves individuals registered for Selective Service who have lost their jobs and meet dislocated worker categories defined in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
The Youth Program serves in-school youth (ages 14-21) and out-of-school youth (ages 16-24) who need assistance with training or education to enter the workforce successfully, with a focus on young people facing barriers to success. This includes government-subsidized summer employment programs that provide job opportunities in the public and private sectors during the summer months. Registration for these summer opportunities occurs during a spring application period.

One Hope United - Hope Center Saint Charles
Provides in-home case management as well as 24-hour response to emergencies. Services include a case manager who will monitor individuals weekly to ensure they are linked with the necessary resources and referrals for both inpatient and outpatient drug treatment programs. Services may also include weekly in-home and out-of-home counseling for adults, children, couples, and families. Families may also be referred to a number of community-based services, including medical services, counseling, drug or alcohol treatment support groups, food pantries, housing, employment training, and continuing education programs.

Individualized Treatment Services includes, comprehensive mental health and substance use assessment, counseling services, crisis stabilization, life skills development, and dual diagnosis services.

Psychiatric services include, medication assessment, medication monitoring, psychiatric services available in all Sinnissippi Centers' main office locations.

Waukon Park And Recreation Wellness Department
Offers horseshoe courts, an outdoor swimming pool, sand volleyball courts, 4 large and 5 small shelters with grills, additional grills located throughout the park, three small playgrounds and 1 large playground (Hideaway Park), campground with facilities, hikers trail, and fishing pond. Depending on the weather, an ice skating rink will be open is located at the park for use.

Offers a home energy audit program. Services include the initial walk through and the blower door test. During the walkthrough members will identify areas where air may be leaking in and perform initial safety checks. The blower door is specialized equipment that allows to measure the level of air infiltration by surveying the extent of air leaks in the home. Depending on the results of the home energy audit, members may proceed with weatherization services. Services may include repairs for windows, doors, attic access, outlets, rim joints, ducts, water pipes, and efficiency improvements.
Offers a wide range of FREE energy efficiency services including energy saving kits, energy audits, and weatherizations on homes in the Cedar Valley area.

Urbana High School Student Senate - Thanksgiving Dinner
Offers Thanksgiving dinners to individuals in need who do not have a place to go and would like to spend time with others within the community. No reservations are required to attend the dinner.
Boys and Girls Club - Fairgrounds Stenstrom Unit
Provides programs for youth that promote health, social, educational, cultural, leadership and character development. Youth served are identified as at-risk based on assessments completed that identify such factors as economic level, family status, neighborhood location, and academic progress.

Offers an urban farm where fresh produce is grown using sustainable practices. Some of the produce is sold weekly at Cultivate Hope Market, where income-qualified households can purchase produce at half-price.
Also provides opportunities for community engagement, including volunteering on the farm, renting a community garden, and offering seasonal employment opportunities for youth, particularly during the summer months, to support skill development and income generation.

Dinner go go boxes will be available for walk-up pick up at the front door from 12 pm-1:30 pm , follow the signs for vehicle pick at the side door on Dorgan Place.
