- DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE: Provides up to $14,999 in closing costs and down payment assistance. Must utilize a local bank and be able to secure a 30 year fixed rate mortgage.

- HOMELESS SERVICES: Provides referrals and assistance with securing vital documents, as well as bus tickets for relocation.

- HOUSING REHABILITATION: Provides direct assistance to improve homes, both owner-occupied and rental, through a variety of programs.

- SECURITY DEPOSIT: Provides a security deposit for those who need assistance.

Offers a Public Housing Program renting duplexes, rowhomes, and townhouses to qualified families. The units are located in Boone, Dallas, Jasper and Marion counties. This program does not include Knoxville and Pella.

Offers a food pantry with non-perishable food items.

The Chamber and local development organizations work to provide greater opportunities for expansion and existing companies and attraction of new firms. Champaign County offers a variety of incentives such as tax increment financing districts and enterprise zone, low interest loans, subsidized employee training, and assistance in site selection.

Provides routine testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. Confidential testing for HIV is also routinely performed. Testing for Hepatitis is determined on a case-by-case basis. Counseling and referrals for service and treatment are available for additional needs.

Offers free breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily, including holidays at Crossroads Mission Avenue locations.
