- Have access to in-person and remote professional training, networking and hands-on experience in the civilian workplace.
Spouses who excel in their fellowship and are a good fit for their host company may be invited to join the employer as a direct hire at the end of the 12-week fellowship.

The BOOST re-entry program enrolls participants age 18+ who are currently incarcerated in, or returning to, Woodbury County, and are set for release in 20-180 days. Participants being released will come from Woodbury County Jail, Woodbury County Electronic Monitoring, and Iowa Department of Corrections 3rd Judicial (RTF). The goal of this program is to help these participants gain employability and reduce recidivism.

Offers a supplemental food and nutritional counseling service for pregnant and nursing women, and children up to age 5 who show nutritional and financial need. All participants receive nutrition education and counseling, supplemental foods, and information about other health services based on assessment findings.

Black Hawk - Grundy Mental Health Center
Provides and monitors medication to treat various mental health conditions. Medical staff consists of psychiatrists and advanced registered psychiatric nurse practitioners who are licensed to prescribe and monitor medications. This service is also provided via telehealth with providers who are outside of our community but who have an Iowa license to practice.

Offers access to informational, educational, and recreational resources to the community, including online resources, genealogy, and language learning. The library also offers free access to computers, Wi-Fi, meeting spaces, and events for all ages. PRINTING, COPYING, SCANNING, FAX SERVICES: individuals may print files from the library’s computers or by using the remote printing service to print from any mobile device, laptop, or home computer to the library’s printers. (Documents will be saved in the print queue for 2 days.)
