30-week psycho-educational program for adults who have used violence and abuse with an adult intimate partner. Helps participants with the following:

- Recognize and identify abusive behaviors

• Use non-violent conflict resolution
• Promote assertive, non-aggressive communication
• Achieve and maintain healthy and non-abusive parenting skills
• Bring awareness of domestic violence

Provides an evening meal.

Staff in each office are knowledgeable about services provided by other agencies and institutions in each area. They network within their communities to make sure they provide the best solutions for people in need and avoid duplicating services.

Patients in supportive care may receive visits or phone calls from a nurse practitioner, a nurse, or a social worker. Supportive care offers visits at FHN offices and at FHN Memorial Hospital, in long-term care facilities, and in the home for those unable to travel to the clinic due to physical disabilities or distressing symptoms.

Works with primary care providers who identify social/emotional or developmental concerns, family stressors, or caregiver depression during well child medical exams. If a condition is identified, the family is referred to a support specialist who provides care coordination. Specialists may provide referrals for developmental screening, mental health or behavioral health services, or other needs, and will monitor the family's progress.

Provides an intermediate care facility for persons with chronic mental illness. Treatment in a residential housing setting, including Schizo-Affective Disorder, Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, as well as those who are dually diagnosed with a mental illness and substance abuse. Residents are given the opportunity to gain a variety of skills to assist in the management of symptoms, improve social skills, increase independence, vocational training, and more.

Medical Advocacy: Clove Alliance advocates are always available to support survivors, their families, and friends during a visit to the emergency room for a medical examination or evidence collection. Advocates can also accompany clients to any follow-up medical appointments, help them receive reimbursement for medical costs associated with the crime, and answer questions on the following:

- Medical exams.

- Evidence collection (rape kit).

- Sexually transmitted infections (STIs/STDs).

- Pregnancy and emergency contraception. 

 - Medications.

- Follow-up medical care.

- Crime Victims Compensation through the Illinois Attorney General's Office.

- Referrals.

- Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE).

Legal Advocacy, Clove Alliance staff advocates walk with survivors through the police and courtroom procedures, maintain an awareness of the status of each

Maintains official real estate documents, contracts, articles of incorporation, partnerships, state tax liens, military records, birth, divorce and death records/certificates, and election information. Offers marriage licenses and accepts passport applications with photo services, registers assumed names and notaries. Military Records for tax exemptions and benefits also available.
