Provides engineering and design of County roadway projects, including local resurfacing and bridge replacement. The division is responsible for the maintenance of the County Secondary Road System, including ditch cleaning, roadway surface repairs, bridge and culvert repairs, and snow removal.

Assists veterans and their families in obtaining the local, state, and federal benefits that they are entitled to receive. This may include assistance in obtaining military records, compensation and pension benefits, education and retraining grants, health insurance, and veteran burial benefits.

Can also provide transportation for eligible veterans to the Veterans Administration (VA) for medical appointments.

Provides development training and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Services determines eligibility for state funded developmental disability services. Programs may also provide referrals, linkage to services and provides advocacy and monitoring of individuals with developmental disabilities. Programs include prioritization for urgency of need for services (PUNS), preadmission screening (PAS), and individual service and support advocacy (ISSA).

Children's health services include:

- Dental screening, education, referral to dentist after age 3.

- Developmental Screening, Vision Screening, Hearing and Speech Screening.

- Nutrition assessment and counseling by WIC (Women, Infant, Child) Nutritionist.

- Blood pressure testing.

- Health history assessment.

- Immunizations.

- Parent education and counseling.

- Lead testing when appropriate.

Empowers children and adults with vision loss, regardless of income, to optimize their visual capabilities and independence through the use of prescriptive tools, technology, rehabilitative training, and inspiration. Comprehensive exam and follow up with a low vision doctor, occupational therapy, and technology training is available.

Offers support groups for anger management, trauma and recovery,  and behavioral therapy.

Offers many activities and a wide variety of programs for families and children. Services include sports, health and fitness, aquatics (swimming lessons available), and more.
