RAMP advocates for individuals who want to learn to use RMTD's fixed route public bus system. Employees can assist with navigating the cost of the fare, planning a route, and education of bus behavior. Advocates also train RMTD's bus drivers on proper use of lifts and disability awareness.

Access point for the community's homeless veterans. Individuals and families who are at imminent risk of homelessness (with no house, apartment, etc. to stay tonight) will complete an assessment and receive help to find housing options.
One Hope United - Hope Center Collinsville
Provides intensive, family-focused, and community-based treatment program for behaviorally challenged youth. The primary goals are to decrease rates of antisocial behavior, clinical problems, improve functioning (e.g., family relations, school performance), and to reduce the use of out-of-home placements such as incarceration, residential treatment, and hospitalization.
Ogle County Health Department - Branch Office
WIC is a federally funded program which provides a supplemental package of food and nutrition education for income-eligible women, infants, and children up to five years of age. Will also provide case management services for income-eligible pregnant women and children up to age one. Helps pregnant women apply for All Kids insurance and find an OB/GYN for pregnancy services.

The program includes opportunities for mutual support among individuals with visual impairments, fostering the sharing of information, resources, practical tips for daily living, and encouragement. Eligibility is limited to veterans who meet the required guidelines.
Champaign-Urbana Public Health District
Offers diagnostic services and treatment for STDs/STIs. Also offers testing for HIV and Hepatitis C, as well as the Gardasil vaccine. Hepatitis A and B immunizations are provided to all STD/STI clinic clients.

Programs include affordable rental housing program (HCI has low income housing options for rent) and the purchase/rehab/resale housing program (HCI purchases properties, rehabilitates them, and then resells them to income-eligible families). Properties are typically in foreclosure or sub-standard condition, then renovated and made available to eligible home buyers.
