Offers medical and legal advocacy. Confidential, around-the-clock legal and medical advocacy is available for survivors and their families.

Medical Advocacy: Clove Alliance advocates are always available to support survivors, their families, and friends during a visit to the emergency room for a medical examination or evidence collection. Advocates can also accompany clients to any follow-up medical appointments, help them receive reimbursement for medical costs associated with the crime, and answer questions on the following:

- Medical exams.

- Evidence collection (rape kit).

- Sexually transmitted infections (STIs/STDs).

- Pregnancy and emergency contraception. 

 - Medications.

- Follow-up medical care.

- Crime Victims Compensation through the Illinois Attorney General's Office.

- Referrals.

- Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE).

Tax preparation for low and moderate income taxpayers of all ages, with special attention to people 60 and older during tax season (Feb 1-April 15).

Offers a program for parents and youth individuals ages 10-14 to work together and build relationships. Participants will practice skills, play learning games, and do family projects in highly interactive sessions. Sessions are designed to increase family bonding, build positive communication skills, and solve problems together. 

Offers a 24 hour Mobile Crisis Response Team. Anyone experiencing a mental health crisis can call to have the Mobile Crisis Unit dispatched.

Offers business and Industry Loan Guarantees that are available for business and industrial development in rural areas to create and maintain employment, expand and to improve economic climate. Eligible borrowers include Public bodies, Community-based non-profit corporations, Federally-recognized Tribes Funds can be used to purchase, construct, and/or improve essential community facilities, purchase equipment and pay related project expenses.

Family Support Workers partner with parents to enhance protective factors within their families through the use of evidence based practices to achieve family permanency, safety, and well-being.

Provides Parenting Time/Supervised Visitation, Family Support Nebraska, and drug testing.

Provides information, assistance, and referrals for challenges seniors face with independent living.

Assists seniors with Medicare enrollments and Part D changes (SHIP), Medicaid enrollment and recertification, SNAP applications, LIHEAP applications, and referrals to community programs that would be useful to seniors, including food assistance, mental health needs/counseling, transitioning to senior housing, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities.

Offers a Toys for Tots sign ups for children 0-14 years of age. All adults in the household must have a photo ID and all children must have ID with birth date. Sign ups start mid-October through mid-November. Can call or stop by the office. Toy pick-up in December.

Provides assistance and case management to help families facing economic uncertainty with a pathway out of poverty.

Baskets containing food for a holiday meal and gifts for children ages 16 and under.

Sign Up is the last full week in October, with varying hours.

Distribution of baskets takes place the Wednesday the week prior to Christmas.

Must live with in the area between Brady Street & Lincoln Avenue and River Drive to Kimberly Road.

Provides mental health and substance abuse counseling services to veterans. Services include treatment for addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and OCD.

Utility assistance for low income households, including the LIHEAP program during winter months.

LIHEAP aids qualifying low-income Iowa households (homeowners and renters) in the payment of a portion of their residential heating costs for the winter heating season, to encourage regular utility payments and promote energy awareness, and to encourage reduction of energy usage through energy efficiency and client education.

Provides permits for building, electrical and plumbing, then does the inspections for these projects. Also provides the Rental Housing Inspection Program. 

Provides an access point for the community's homeless veterans. Individuals and families who are at imminent risk of homelessness (with no house, apartment, etc. to stay tonight) will complete an assessment and receive help to find housing options.

Offers parenting classes to women who are pregnant or have a child less than 3 years of age. Women can earn incentive points which can be used for free child merchandise/items.
