Food pantry available for individuals and families struggling with food insecurity.

Offers primary prevention services such as health and development, school readiness, socialization, parent-child interaction, parenting and family skills.

Babies Nest is an incentive program to earn free baby items by scheduling regular pregnancy visits, maintaining healthy behaviors, and attending educational parenting classes. Must be enrolled in the program by the 7th month of pregnancy. H.O.P.E.S. (Healthy Opportunities for Parents to Experience Success) is a home visitation program for pregnant women, parents of newborns, and other families with children ages birth to 5.

Provides several mental health services. Services include mental health and recovery support groups, assessment and treatment planning, individual and family therapy, recovery support and case management, crisis intervention, and individual placement support employment services. 

Provides care coordination and family support services to families whose child struggles at school or home due to behavioral health issues.  Also provides integrated health services to adults diagnosed with serious mental illness.

Provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment services by licensed psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses.

Individuals needing medication management services may access nurses who will monitor their medication and its effectiveness. Patient assistance programs are available for individuals who cannot afford prescribed psychiatric medications.

Offers instruction on prenatal care as well as instruction on newborn infant care. Also provides information and instruction on appropriate techniques for nursing an infant for expectant parents or new mothers.

Provides urgent (but non-emergency) medical care services for those in need.

Emergency operations center for the County, which handles emergency response incidents, including accidents, fires, floods, storms and other disasters. Also responsible for requesting federal assistance after a disaster.
