Connects youth and families with resources and support. Navigators have the ability to “fill gaps”, either through helping agencies partner around a common goal, or through flexible funding for needs such as rent, utilities, transportation, and more.

Community Response is designed to reduce unnecessary involvement of child welfare and juvenile justice while increasing the informal and community supports for youth and families. By utilizing Central Navigation, the goal is to coordinate existing resources and match participants with a resource to either solve an immediate need or develop a longer-term coaching relationship.

Provides routine cleanings and dental exams as well as cavity fillings, and root canals. Other services may include limited help with dentures, crowns, tooth extractions and referrals to specialists if needed.

Offers vouchers for food, clothing, and household items. Vouchers can be exchanged at the thrift store.

Beggar's Night occurs on Oct. 31st of each year in the city of Norwalk.

Soup Kitchen Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 12 pm (closed in July). Phones, bathrooms, and showers available; fully accessible facility. Clothing and jackets and blankets in season.

Works to improve dementia care and services, expand funding for Alzheimer's research and programs serving individuals with dementia, and increase access to community-based care.
