Staff help individuals determine their eligibility and assist their applications for the programs that the pharmaceutical companies have for the uninsured/under-insured. Also offers additional assistance with immediate medication costs/co-pays, depending on the situation.

Virtual support group targets the spiritual side of empowerment and how it affects other areas of life. Meets 3 times a year for 9 week-long sessions that are two hours in length.

Provides an intermediate care facility for persons with chronic mental illness. Treatment in a residential housing setting, including Schizo-Affective Disorder, Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, as well as those who are dually diagnosed with a mental illness and substance abuse. Residents are given the opportunity to gain a variety of skills to assist in the management of symptoms, improve social skills, increase independence, vocational training, and more.

Community groups and individuals donate non-perishable food and paper products and funds to purchase perishable items that are distributed to families/individuals in emergency situations.

Provides trauma-informed in-home and telehealth therapeutic services to families with adopted children. Therapeutic services include family and individual therapy, group therapy and activities, caregiver psychoeducation/coaching, case management and advocacy.

Family centered services include Teen Parents and the Law (TPAL) Classes - 12 sessions directed toward teen parents, funded by Boost4Families.

Parents as Teachers (PAT) is an early childhood family education program to assist and support families in preparing their children for success in school and beyond, beginning prenatal and extending to age 5.

Included in the Program:

-- Parent Group Meeting, which are opportunities to share information about parenting issues and child development. Parents learn and support each other, observe their children with other children and practice parenting skills.

-- Personal visits, during which a certified parent educator will share age-appropriate child development and parenting information, to help learn to observe children, and address parenting concerns.

-- Screenings to assess a child's overall development as well as health, hearing, and vision. Resource network - that link families to other community services.

Services are designed to help men, women, and adolescents who have committed acts of violence against someone else, or who struggle managing feelings of anger and the behaviors that come with those feelings.

Anger, Recovery and Support (MARS) is a 26-week treatment program. Participants can be self-referred or court-ordered. Groups also available in Spanish.

Participants will practice skills, play learning games, and do family projects in highly interactive sessions. Sessions are designed to increase family bonding, build positive communication skills, and solve problems together.

Oversees the election process, voter registration, maintains financial records for the county, maintains current real estate information and assessment maps.

Provides abuse and crisis intervention services to those going through a domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or sex trafficking situation. Services include a family violence crisis line, counseling or counseling referrals for survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault, emergency shelter and transportation, peer support groups, and child advocacy.

Protection order assistance, criminal justice/legal advocacy, and medical advocacy are also available to those who may need it.

Works to build awareness of abuse by partnering with local agencies to offer community education programs and a resource library.

Provides non-medical in-home care providing assistance with personal care, mobility, medication management, shopping, transportation, meal preparation as well as provide respite and supportive community living services. Offers free in-home consultations.

Provides emergency care services for pets including surgery. 

Offers a 13-month bereavement program to help guide survivors through the grieving process. Services include individual grief counseling, supportive telephone calls and education, memorial services, and a grief support library. 

Long-term shelter program serving all demographics, except single men, who are experiencing homelessness or near homelessness. Participants in the program are assigned to a case manager who works with the client on budgeting, connecting with services, and helping with goal setting.

Persons in need of food may call and leave a message, and the members responding to the call may access local food pantries and deliver the food to the person in need or direct the person to other available resources.
