Provides support to help individuals and families navigate the US immigration system.

Offers assistance with a range of matters, including Naturalization, DACA renewals, Green Card renewals, Advance Parole, and Temporary Protective Status (TPS).

Also provides support with USCIS Fee Waivers and EAD (work permit) applications.

Community transportation services include:

-- Purchased/Referred Care Transportation to medical appointments

-- Discharge from a medical facility if transferred from the TCUH

-- Shuttle services between TCUH and Siouxland Community Health Center

Maintains county parks and recreation areas and provides hunter safety classes, camping, fishing and boating information. Outdoor recreational opportunities are available through county parks and outdoor wildlife areas.

Offers a support group for individuals with alcohol problems. Similar to Alcoholics Anonymous.

Non-residential level-4 outpatient substance abuse program which provides substance abuse counseling and relapse prevention program. Services are offered to individuals abusing substances or individuals who have been affected by someone else's use or abuse of alcohol or other drugs. The availability and accessibility of community-based services allows individuals to remain in their own environment while receiving services that meet their needs in the least restrictive environment.

Home health services including - CNA, house cleaning, personal cares, meal prep, companionsjip, transportation, IT support, handyman services, lawn care, and snow removal

Provides weatherization services to make homes more energy efficient through health and safety checks including furnaces, insulation, water heaters and sealing doorways and windows. Inefficient heating components may be repaired or replaced.

Provides shelter for women and their children. The average length of stay at the shelter is 32 days and will be longer or shorter based on individual need.

Provides service coordination, nutrition services, and health assessments for children ages 0-3 enrolled in Early ACCESS (Early intervention for infants and toddlers). 

Offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for alcohol or drug dependency treatment. IOP can also assist clients with co-occurring disorders, such as depression, eating disorders, anxiety, and PTSD, in addition to substance use. Clients participate in individual and group therapy sessions. Types of addictions treated in IOP include alcohol, opioid, and methamphetamine addiction.

Assists clients in recovery from drug or alcohol dependency and maintain sobriety through a program which combines behavioral therapy and medication. Medications can be used to treat withdrawal symptoms and decrease cravings. Therapy is utilized to address co-occurring mental and/or physical health issues and learn coping skills.

Medications utilized in MAT differ depending on the situations of each patient and the dependency being treated. Some medications used in MAT may include

Provides law enforcement services to Floyd County, including the operation of correctional facilities.

Provides a center-based program available for Early Head Start (ages 0-3) and Head Start (ages 4-5) for part day and full day. Part day is morning or afternoon.

Provides substance abuse evaluations, OWI screenings and assessment services. Treatment may include outpatient care, intensive outpatient care (IOC), or inpatient care in a hospital or residential setting. Intensive outpatient programs are session-based group programs that provide education, therapy and support to help individuals through the recovery process. Services may also include individual therapy, couples therapy, or group therapy, and continuing care to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. 

Emergency assistance may be available for rent and utilities. Clients may receive assistance once every 12 months.
