Offers a baby closet for children ages 0-2. Services include diapers, wipes, formula, and linens. To receive free items individuals must enroll in the closet program. Emergency help may also available.

Services include testing private wells for bacteria and nitrates, new sewer inspections, nuisance investigation and septic permits. Services may also provide grants for those who qualify, to assist in the cost to close abandoned wells and cisterns.

Offers an in-home nurturing parent program that provides in home family counselors for families with children on Medicaid and who have an assessment determining a diagnosis. The lessons include understanding feelings, alternatives to spanking, praising children and their behavior, ages and stages of growth, the philosophy and practices of nurturing parenting, and learning positive ways to deal with stress and anger. 

Offers expectant parent advocacy that includes help and support for anyone who is pregnant, domestic adoptions, post-adoption services including counseling for children who have experienced trauma, and assistance with foster home placement. 

Services may include linking individuals in need of alternative living arrangements with licensed private family homes, recruiting, training, certifying, and monitoring placements, and providing support for families and individuals in foster care settings.

Admissions and career transition services offers a free residential program to provide educational and vocational training programs. Offers room and board, basic medical, clothing allowance, and a basic living allowance. Students may train for up to two years, depending on academic and vocational goals. HiSET(GED) or high school diploma assistance is part of program.
