Offers a social, recreational and competitive experience encouraging health and fitness for men and women age 50 and over that is endorsed by the Iowa Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports and the Iowa Parks and Recreation Association and belongs to the U.S. National Senior Games Organization.

Provides community-based youth services. Services include a 24-hour crisis response for homeless, runaway, and "locked out" youth individuals ages 11-17. Home-based family counseling, assistance in accessing community resources, anger management and life skills support groups is provided as a component of services. 

Reimburses for funeral and burial expenses when a person's resources and all other sources of payment are less than the DHS standard payment rates. The maximum amount that DHS will pay is $1,370 for a funeral and $686 for a cremation/burial.

Offers a free Saturday evening meal and socializing.

Traveling food pantries deliver food directly to individuals. Working with local community groups and network partners, trucks deliver meat, produce, nonperishable food, and other products to communities where hunger needs surpass the capacity of current food pantry resources.

Engages families in dynamic partnerships to address their basic needs, improve child well-being, and develop career opportunities that, in turn, improves lives, families, and communities.

Ostomy products for the uninsured and underinsured.

Offers curriculum that is designed for girls to address their unique challenges by empowering them to make thoughtful and healthy decisions. The curriculum is delivered over the course of 10 to 12 weeks and addresses the societal, mental, and emotional challenges particular to their age.

RSAC Prevention Educators are available to present professional trainings to organizations, companies, agencies, and schools. Educators have curriculum for many presentations but are open to new topics.

Professional trainings offered regularly include RSAC services and referral, how to respond to disclosure, childhood abuse, typical sexual development vs. red flag behavior, responding to sexual harassment, sexual assault and abuse, play therapy and sand tray therapy, and trauma and The Window of Tolerance.

Elementary specialists in art, music, physical education, media, and guidance.

Admissions and career transition services offers a free residential program to provide educational and vocational training programs. Offers room and board, basic medical, clothing allowance, and a basic living allowance. Students may train for up to two years, depending on academic and vocational goals. HiSET(GED) or high school diploma assistance is part of program.

Helps applying for benefits, information on community resources, and assistance to caregivers and grandparents raising grandchildren.

Provides a food pantry which can be accessed once every week.  Food pantry is located in the parish office at St. Patrick's Church.

Provides public transit service provides convenient, low-cost transportation for work, medical appointments, shopping, education, social, or any other transportation need you may have.

Medicaid riders, if your ride is covered by Medicaid, your ride must be booked through your Medicaid transportation broker. Rides cannot be scheduled without Medicaid broker approval.

Supportive home for those recovering from drug and alcohol addiction; residents must abide by the rules of the home, including never using drugs or alcohol while a resident. Homes may house men, women, women with children, or men with children.

Provides primary health care to those in the community. Also offers pediatric services.
