Handles vital records and county elections. Provides copies of birth, death, and marriage certificates upon request. Also administers marriage licenses.

Provides supplemental food for people in need. Available food may include cereals, canned fruits and vegetables, fresh produce in season, eggs and milk, bread and bakery items, rice, dried beans, and some kosher food (meats). This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential and requires proof of address and identification. Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs.

Provides access to confidential trauma treatment, connecting clients with licensed mental health therapists to address conditions such as post-traumatic stress, moral injury, and thoughts of suicide. 

Services are offered to active duty, veterans, and their loved ones regardless of a client’s ability to pay or military discharge status. Therapists are available both in person and via telehealth.

Camp Winnebago is located one mile north of Rockford and rests in the wilderness just minutes from downtown. Camp Winnebago includes three log lodges, two pavilions, a climbing tower, ponds, a marsh, woodlands, streams, fields, prairies, and a natural spring.
