Services include:
- Referrals to prenatal care schedule and scheduling OB appointment
- In office and in home visits by a nurse case manager
- Education related to topics, including nutrition, pregnancy, infant/child growth and development, and preventive medical services
- Referrals to medical care and immunizations
- Clinical visits include weight and BP checks as well as screenings for depression and development
- Referral to area agencies for any needed services in the family unit (food, clothing, shelter, daycare, transportation, etc.)

Genesis Garden
Provides an emergency shelter in the form of a large, remodeled Victorian era house with private bedrooms and bathrooms, with shared living, laundry, and kitchen access. Also offers emergency shelter at the Leighty House. Both houses are often at capacity, so Genesis Garden also uses motel rooms for emergency shelter.
Twin Rivers YMCA
All locations offer a wellness floor with cardio and weight equipment and wellness staff to assist. Most locations offer a range of group-exercise classes (high intensity, challenging, low impact, chair-assisted, fall prevention), active older adult and youth programs, open swim and lap times, swim lessons (including adaptive and adult), open gymnasium hours, pickleball, child watch, youth sports, and summer day camp.

- The Buena Vista YMCA Express is a co-op project in conjunction with Omaha Public Schools, located on the Buena Vista High School campus. It includes a unique wellness floor featuring eGYM and MX4 equipment. This location is a wellness-only 14+ facility.
- The Westview YMCA offers youth sports and sports camps, a splash pad, and it is attached to Omaha Public School’s Westview High School. Visit other locations to learn more about summer day camp opportunities.
- The YMCA Healthy Living Center is an adult-only location designed for individuals 30+, with a therapeutic warm-water pool and a wider variety of low impact classes and equipment as well as social clubs and activities geared toward active older adults.
- The Charles E. Lakin YMCA offers eSports.
- The Butler-Gast YMCA and Downtown YMCA locations accept registrations for youth sports and host practices and games in collaboration with the Maple Street YMCA.
- The Gretna Crossing YMCA has eGYM equipment and a splash pad. It is part of the Gretna Crossing Park that offers trails, disc golf course, and a water park.
- The Blair Family YMCA offers a fitness center, pool, and many activities for youth and adults regardless of ability to pay.

Lancaster County Department of Corrections
Responsible for the detention of individuals charged with various local and state offenses. Persons arrested and lodged or detained following a court appearance are processed through the Corrections Department. Persons also serve sentences of one year or less with the Department.

Muscatine Center for Social Action
One-room, dorm-style apartments are available for men to rent. There are 35 units on the second floor, accessible by elevator and stairs. The building is accessible by 24-hour card key access for renters.
Monthly rent includes electric, water, Wi-Fi, and cable. No lease is required.
Rooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, two chairs, refrigerator, microwave, closet, bedding, and towels.
Apartments have a shared lounge area with a large screen TV, bathroom and showers, and laundry.

Work includes sealing air infiltration leaks, high-density insulation, health and safety check, heating system repair or replacement, water heaters repair or replacement. Some minor repair is allowable for health and safety reasons.

Lutheran Social Services of Illinois - Rockford Children's Program
Provides violence prevention programs to help youth in the community. Services include activities that assist youth in making positive decisions in their lives and promote safer communities. The program often partners with area schools to provide presentations, educational curriculum, and resources to prevent bullying, dating violence, suicide, physical aggression, and delinquency among youth.
