Provides nutritious lunches in a friendly, inclusive environment. Each meal includes a balanced combination of protein, vegetables, fruit, grain, and milk.
Menus are carefully designed and approved by a registered dietitian to ensure they meet 1/3 of the daily recommended intake of essential nutrients.
Some locations offer hot meal pick-up and/or delivery. (Varies by location; see description of hours for details.)
Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department
Licensing of animals.

Investigates bites and attacks caused by aggressive animals, rabies, cruelty and neglect reports.
Picks up stray, injured, dead and unlicensed animals, as well as wildlife removal and assistance.
Spaying/neutering grant is limited to City of Lincoln residents with an income of 185% below poverty.

Provides mental health and substance abuse counseling services to veterans. Services include treatment for addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and OCD.
Regional Office of Education #8 (Carroll, Jo Daviess, Stephenson) - JoDaviess FEP
Offers attendance and truancy prevention and intervention services. Truancy Specialists make contact via letter or phone call to discuss attendance concerns with parent(s)/guardian(s), conducts home visits, provides one-on-one informal attendance counseling between Truancy Specialist and student, works as a liaison between student, family, and school district, and links students and families to local area social service as needed.
Offers Credit Recovery to all districts in the coverage area and it is provided via on-line instruction. Students who have failed courses required for graduation, can be referred to TAP for Credit Recovery, contact school's guidance counselor.
