Long-term health care services include 24 hour nursing and medical care, physical therapy, and help with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, making meals, and taking medicine.

Prepares community and allies to participate in the systems of local, state, and national politics, organize citizenship, and non-partisan voter registration. Offers information regarding DACA, citizenship preparation classes, and "Know Your Rights" trainings.

Provides training to individuals who wish to return to the workforce by assigning them to local non-profit or governmental entities. 

Provides child vaccines. All scheduled childhood vaccines are available. Immunization for infants and children (6 weeks to 18 years of age) for uninsured, underinsured, and Medicaid/All Kid's recipients. 8 clinics per month, 6 total sites located throughout McHenry County

Adult Vaccines, all recommended vaccines for adults (19 years of age and older) for both uninsured and underinsured. 2 walk-in clinics per month. Travel vaccines are not offered.

Offers free educational services to individuals aged 16 and older, including GED/HSE preparation classes, online GED/HSE preparation, reading readiness, job skills, math readiness, healthcare, manufacturing, ESL (English as a Second Language), and transition skills classes. Citizenship education is available to help individuals understand U.S. history, government, and culture, and prepare for the responsibilities of citizenship. Literacy services and tutoring are provided to eligible individuals. Additionally, the program serves as a test site for high school equivalency exams such as the GED, HiSET, and TASC, enabling participants to obtain a high school equivalency certificate.

Low-cost vaccines are available through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program and private vaccine program. Can also provide the COVID-19 vaccine. 

Offers IDPH Tobacco-Free Communities Project and Illinois Tobacco Quitline.

Prepares and carries out disaster response and recovery actions to prevent, minimize, repair, and alleviate injury and damage from natural, man-made, or nuclear disasters. Emergency preparedness and recovery resources are available for natural hazards such as droughts, earthquakes, floods, large-scale fires, tornadoes, and winter storms. As well as man-made hazards such as civil disorder incidents, hazardous material incidents, major transportation accidents, nuclear power plant accidents, pollution and sanitation problems and terrorism incidents.
