Youth care coordination program offers one-to-one support and case management services for children and youth with a severe emotional disturbance (SED) diagnosis. Community support assists persons with severe and persistent mental illness through one-to-one services, helping clients live in a residence of their choice. Provides assessment, planning, linking and monitoring services to meet the client's needs. Prevention services include a wide-range of speakers, informational videos, books, and brochures.
Emergency support program provides support to individuals who are experiencing a mental health or substance use emergency.
