Offers a food pantry once per calendar month to residents of Iowa. Individuals may go to the food pantry for a three-day supply of food and other non-essential food items (specialty ethnic foods may be available). Food is distributed solely to those in need without income being a consideration. 

Provides community housing and supported living services for all people with disabilities and/or serious mental health diagnoses, assisting them to maintain an independent life. Services include working on daily independent living skills, interpersonal and communication skills, coping and social skills and skills in the use of community resources. Services are offered in a variety of settings, which include group homes, supervised apartments, and supported apartments.

Group Homes - provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to increase their independence through 24/7 guidance and supervision. Staff assists residents in developing essential daily living skills, such as cooking, shopping, housekeeping, and money management, medication training and self-management of their conditions, and interpersonal and behavior management skills. Each resident has their own bedroom and share common areas.

Supervised Apartment Living - provides a high level of supervision with staff being on site 24 hours/day and are delivered to individuals according to their specific needs. Staff provide daily living and life skills training, medication monitoring and training, case coordination, supportive counseling, skills training and education, behavior management skills, and community integration activities.

Supported Living Services - provide intermittent onsite support during the day and evening hours and may be provided in Bridgeway owned apartments or in the consumer’s own home. Staff provide daily living and life skills training, medication monitoring and training, and community integration activities.

Eye care services include:

- Adult and children's eye exams.

- Cataract surgery.

- Diabetic eye care.

- Laser surgery.

- Glaucoma.

- Floaters.

- Eyelid plastic surgery.

- Pediatric eye disease.

- Macular degeneration.

Eyeglasses services include:

- Standard prescriptions.

- No-line bifocals.

- Ultra-thin/ultra-light lenses.

- OSHA-approved safety glasses.

- Sports glasses.

- Custom sunglasses.

Offers licensing or permits for, Chauffeur's license, instruction permit, school permit, motorcycle license, moped license, state ID cards, handicapped parking permits. Services include, online services, driver's license/ID, driver's education, motor carriers, commercial vehicles/CDL, title, registration and plates when buying and selling of motor vehicles.

Maintains county board minutes and other county records, maintains election information and voter registration, maintains vital records, including birth, death, marriage or civil union records, issues marriage licenses, civil union licenses, computes tax rates and handles redemption of delinquent taxes.

Offers a ten one-week sessions are available each summer for children age 5 through grade 9.

Offers free work attire for residents who are rejoining the workforce and need specific clothes to begin their new job. Donations accepted.

Also provides and accepts donations for personal needs (shampoo, deodorant, etc).
