HOPE Foundation of Jo Daviess County
Provides financial assistance to individuals with disabilities and the agencies that serve them in Jo Daviess. The foundation requires the submission of grant applications in order to disburse funds. Immediate need funding requests may be submitted directly to the Executive Director or the Grant/Gifting Chair of the Hope Foundation of Jo Daviess County.
Requests for grants must be related, but not limited to:
- Health.
- Housing.
- Transportation.
- Education.
- Employment.
