Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Outpatient services for individuals, couples and families. Focus areas include relationships, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, physical/sexual/emotional abuse, trauma and addiction. Licensed therapists work with children and adults of all ages and backgrounds, serving people of all faiths.

Evidence-based approaches include psychotherapy, trauma therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), PCIT (Parent Child Interactional Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).

Provides mental health and substance abuse counseling services to veterans. Services include treatment for addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and OCD.

Offers providers on site or through telehealth system to address an array of behavioral problems including depression, mood disorders, anxiety, alcohol and drug use for our primary medical patients. The behavioral health providers will work closely with the CHC/SEIA primary care providers who make the referrals to assist patients address their behavioral health concerns.

Trauma treatment and therapeutic support program that serves active military and veterans affected by untreated trauma reactions and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The program places special emphasis on helping military personnel and their loved ones cope with the effects of deployment and the uncertainty of war.

Services include substance abuse counseling, support groups, and medication-based treatment for substance use disorders, which combines approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to help individuals reduce or eliminate dependency on opioids or alcohol.

Offers a full array of crisis intervention services for adults, including an Access Center, crisis stabilization/observation unit, and a mental health drop in center.

Works with families to identify new strategies for communication and relating. Also works with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD and past trauma.

Intensive Family Preservation: therapists and family skill builders work with families in their home to help prevent a child’s removal from the home into foster care. Each case consists of six weeks of intensive family therapy and support. Therapists are available to assist the family 24 hours a day with crisis situations, but also help to relieve conflicts so the family can remain intact. Administered in the family home and only available through a referral from a DHHS child and family specialist.

Outpatient Therapy Program: provides individual and family counseling and support to children in foster care, foster parents, and biological parents of children who have been removed from the home. We accept most insurance and offer payment solutions for uninsured or underinsured.

The outpatient clinic for mental health services is open to the community, available in the office or via telehealth.  Therapists help clients work through mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, a bi-polar disorder, addiction, PTSD, dementia, grief, loss and more.

Provides individual and family mental health therapy, advocacy and trauma treatment. (Play therapy, sand tray therapy, EMDR therapy, and BHIS).

Mental health services including outpatient psychiatric care, individual and family evaluation, medical management, psychotherapy, and group therapy.

Outpatient chemical dependency services.

Offers neuropsychology, psychology, psychiatry, and counseling services to all ages. TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is also available.
