Focuses on the YMCA core values of Character, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility, tied with the Six Pillars of Character Development to enhance the self confidence, motivation, and self esteem of the participants.

The program is site-based and operates at different schools sites in the community. Every group at each particular site meets at different times.

Youth board with 30 members from 7th to 12th grade from all Buffalo County communities. Provides grants for youth-initiated and youth-led community projects.

Offers a variety of activities and classes for youths that include athletics, arts and crafts, dance classes, cultural activities, fitness, and special seasonal events. 

- Tween Nights: provides an opportunity for tweens to enjoys games, sports, music and more, and to spend time with friends and make new acquaintances.

- Summer Camps: provides a variety of summer camps for youths. Summer camp themes include nature, performing arts, sports, youth variety, and Sun-Sational.

Offers activities and programming for youth ages 4-18, at the physical spaces at The Bay Lincoln and The Benson Community Center in Omaha.

Helps young people develop knowledge and skills to become productive citizens. Young people in 4-H learn about citizenship, leadership, cooking, arts and crafts, mechanics and technology, horticulture, agriculture, and other subjects. To teach young people about these subjects, the 4-H program uses the learn-by-doing method of instruction.

Offers child care programs designed to meet the developmental needs of children.

Family Resource Program offers language skills, citizenship classes, translation and other assistance regarding INS documents, birth certificates, marriage certificates, high school and college diploma, educational transcripts, and health care services. Offers tax return filings to the community. Employment assistance to job seekers, and employment Bulletin Board information and referral services through bilingual radio program.

Parenting Kindly education to Asian parents.

Youth Leadership Program where youth meet every week to learn leadership skills, community and cultural involvement, and career development skills. Offers Asian Student scholarships - currently provides four (4) $500 scholarships to Asian graduating seniors from any Lincoln Public School.

Seniors Program provides weekly group education programs at the center providing health and behavioral health services to Asian elders.

Cultural education through sharing and presenting the Asian cultural information and activities in Lincoln/Lancaster County. Other cultural activities such as lectures, Tet festival, talks and a number of multi-cultural training sessions, Vietnamese and Chinese language classes, and cooking classes are organized at the Center for a wide variety of groups throughout the year. Cultural and resource orientation classes are offered to New Americans and refugees to educate and share cultural aspects that will help to the refugee community to understand and adjust to have a harmonious life.

Help consumers prepare electronic and paper applications for SNAP, unemployment, legal aid and resumes.

After school and summer programming for youth in grades K-12 to receive homework/tutoring assistance, appropriate behavior lessons, problem solving skills, making responsible decisions, responding to conflict appropriately, and skill-building activities in a range of subjects.

Anti-violence and substance abuse prevention program targeting youth and their families living under conditions of social and economic poverty, as well as youth who are at risk of academic failure. The program uses a combination of performing arts and academic tutoring to meet its goals.

Promotes high self-esteem, determination, persistence, high academic achievement, community involvement, the importance of health, etc.

Provides programs in character and leadership development, education and career development, health and life skills, arts, sports, fitness and recreation. Offers structured programming promoting academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development – STEM, physical fitness activities, service to others, arts and crafts, etc.
