Offers monthly get togethers to children with disabilities for an opportunity to make friendships, foster peer relationships, and develop social skills. Services include fun crafts, games, and activities, while also hanging out with friends and experiencing new things within the community. 

Provides the following community-based therapeutic recreational services:

A senior group that meets throughout the month for fun, socialization, and fellowship.  A calendar of events is posted on the Township's website.

Transportation is available for Hampshire and Burlington Township residents; must call ahead with at least 72 hours advance notice.

Also offers programs and provides speakers on subjects which are of particular interest to members, as well as other families having a member with disabilities other than Down syndrome.

- transcribes materials on all subjects into large print, braille, and audio

• Provides indirect services through public/private facilities and cultural organizations to make their programs and physical plants accessible
• Sponsors an outreach community organization, The Weekenders, which provides opportunities to attend a wide variety of social and cultural events
• Processes monthly billing statements in braille, large print, and audio for utilities and banks
• Store at main location where you can purchase helpful products from the gadget gallery and devices

Provides guidance and support to families of individuals with Down Syndrome, through speaker events, newsletters, social events, community awareness activities, and a resource library. There is no permanent location; meetings are primarily held in the Crystal Lake area.

Social clubs offered in schools across Nebraska connecting students with and without autism.  AAP can connect teachers to the training and support needed to start a group.

Provides education, training, enrichment and resources so people with visual impairment are able to live safe, independent lives. Includes programs/ activities such as:
