Provides an 8-bed duplex in Altoona for children with autism and intellectual disabilities who require intensive supervision and support. The facility operates as a licensed Intermediate Care Facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF/ID) and is staffed 24 hours a day. Children receive individualized training in basic, social, and communication skills, while older children may engage in vocational training. The program emphasizes a structured group living environment with supportive services to help residents develop functional skills and prepare for greater independence. While primarily serving children, the program also incorporates transitional support for older residents, helping them prepare for semi-independent or supported living arrangements.
