Youth Leadership Program where youth meet every week to learn leadership skills, community and cultural involvement, and career development skills. Offers Asian Student scholarships - currently provides four (4) $500 scholarships to Asian graduating seniors from any Lincoln Public School.

Seniors Program provides weekly group education programs at the center providing health and behavioral health services to Asian elders.

Cultural education through sharing and presenting the Asian cultural information and activities in Lincoln/Lancaster County. Other cultural activities such as lectures, Tet festival, talks and a number of multi-cultural training sessions, Vietnamese and Chinese language classes, and cooking classes are organized at the Center for a wide variety of groups throughout the year. - Refugee/immigrant mutual support groups.

- Linkage with mainstream providers regarding the mental health needs of clientele and the barriers encountered by them. Mediations and education related to cultural differences are provided.

- One-on-one counseling at the Center, a neutral site, or in the homes of families in crisis.

- Basic immigration applications and immigration legal referrals.

- Cultural orientation counseling for refugee and other ORR eligible clients.

- Culturally appropriate workshops dealing with money, public benefits and health issues.

- Translation of documents and interpretation in community settings.

- Advocate and liaison in clients' places of employment, schools, hospitals, courts, with landlords, etc.
