Before and after school program.

Adult programs include sports leagues, fitness classes, basketball tournament, and weight room orientations, CPR/AED/First Aid training. Youth programs include after school care, swim lessons, sports including t-ball, flag football, volleyball, and soccer, lessons (tennis & golf), day camps, sports camps, fitness classes and adaptive youth basketball.

Child care for children ages 6 weeks-12 years. Preschool classes are available for children ages 3-4 and 4-5. Also offers a school age activity program.

Recreational facilities include a fitness center, aquatics center, and sports fields and courts.  Youth sports programs and classes are also offered, including swim lessons.

Offers a before and after school program (BASP) that provides a variety of recreational games, arts and crafts, homework time, and recess at the park.

After school programming. Enrolled students provided with snacks, homework assistance, and hands on STEM and daily activities. Community groups such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and UNL Extension programs offered.

Offered at Centennial, Emerson, Lost Creek, North Park, and West Park elementary schools.

Activities and tutoring during the school year.

Middle School Zone 3:30 pm-6 pm, Monday-Friday (6th-8th graders)

Dinner served from 4:30 pm-5:30 pm (ages 18 and under)

Summer youth programs. (End of May-Beginning of August)

Provides year-round tutoring services for economically disadvantaged and refugee-immigrant elementary and middle school students. Boduri (Girl) Group focuses on empowerment, self-esteem, academic enrichment, and social engagement of female participants, recognizing the formidable educational barriers facing refugee and immigrant girls. Development Academy utilizes soccer, basketball and track, as a catalyst to capture the attention and incentivize youth.

Before- and after-school care is provided at regional elementary schools.

YMCA Camp Days are available for working parents who are looking for a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for their child to have positive peer interaction on days when school is not in session.

Provides day care for children six weeks through 12 years of age and nursery school and preschool for children ages 3-5.

After school program for children and youth. Includes a daily snack and lunch.

Offers child care, preschool, before/after school, school days out, and summer programs, as well as Early Head Start.

Provides the following free services: tutoring, help with homework, sports, art, support groups, outdoor recreation, garden/farm curriculum, mentoring, field trips and nutritious meals to low-income children.

- Early Learning Academy Child Care: Provides full-time and part-time childcare, where children can learn foundational skills, develop healthy, trusting relationships, and build self-reliance. Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks are provided. Youth membership is included with enrollment.

- SAFE Before and After School Care: Program provides an inclusive atmosphere where kids are nurtured and encouraged to achieve success both academically and socially. At SAFE kids can get homework help and participate in activities. SAFE is located on school premises and offers homework assistance, enrichment activities, athletic play, and social activities. A snack is served in the morning and afternoon. All SAFE students receive a free youth membership. Flexible attendance options are available.

- Summer Camp: Provides a summer camp experience for school-aged children. Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack is provided. Children can bring a snack lunch if they wish, but home lunches should not contain nuts.

Offers instruction in brass, keyboard, guitar, percussion, vocal, and dance is offered as part of an after-school program designed to provide supervised care for school-age children during the week. The program operates as an extended child care service, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children while their parents are occupied. Additionally, the program functions as a neighborhood multipurpose center, offering a variety of structured activities and services that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the community.

Offers preschool, day care, and after school programming.

Offers after school programs at Lewis Lemon Community Center (LLCC) and Washington Park Community Center (WPCC).

- LLCC After School Program: Enrichment program offered to Lewis Lemon students. Activities include homework help, board games, arts and crafts, gaming systems, and the opportunity to participate in organized basketball and football teams. A daily snack is provided. Students also have the opportunity to participate in the 1st Century Program, which offers help in reading, math, and science. The students of this program must be teacher recommended.

- LLCC Teen Evening Program: Offers open gym, gaming systems, and more. Staff keeps teens active and safe.

- WPCC After School Program: Provides an after school program for youth. A snack and boxed dinner are provided.

Activities include:

- Homework help.

- Gymnasium games.

- Fitness.

- Computer lab.

- Outdoor play (weather permitting).

- Cub Scouts.

- Girl Scouts.

- Sports teams.

WPCC Teen/Tween Evening Program

Offers activities and programming for youth ages 4-18, at the physical spaces at The Bay Lincoln and The Benson Community Center in Omaha.

OPEN DROP-IN HOURS: After school, evenings, and weekends.
