- Advising applicants with claims before the U.S. Department of Veterans' Affairs, including developing accurate disability claims, following VA’s requirements to assist claimants with developing claims, assisting with scheduling Compensation and Pension examinations, explaining VA Disability rating criteria, and facilitating correspondence between VA and veteran claimant.

Emergency financial assistance for basic necessities such as rent, mortgage interests payments, utilities, and burial expenses may be available.
