Services include academic, pre-enrollment, and financial aid counseling; connection to DMACC's Workforce Training Academy (WTA); pre-employment counseling such as résumé writing and interviewing techniques; and referrals to appropriate supportive agencies.
Additional services include financial assistance for childcare and transportation. The program also supports displaced homemakers and displaced workers by offering vocational assessment, career readiness workshops, job training, job search assistance, and referrals for other specific needs to help them prepare for, find, and retain employment.
