Provides a program for youth who have limited or no prior work experience and are experiencing barriers to employment to have an opportunity to participate in a paid work experience with local businesses. Work experiences are typically 4-12 weeks in length, but may be longer depending on the needs of the participant.

Participants will be preparing to enter or re-enter the workforce and secure employment with a livable wage.  The program targets specific skills and benchmarks around employment preparation, healthy relationships at home and work, financial literacy, and career readiness to work toward employment or preparation for employment in a desired position.
