Also offers a breastfeeding class and a Moms in Motion aquatic fitness class designed for prenatal women and includes gentle stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular exercise. 

Services include:

- Free meetings led by volunteer Leaders who are experienced with breastfeeding and are accredited by La Leche League International.

- Support between meetings for breastfeeding challenges, such as positioning and latch, being sure the baby is getting enough milk, soreness, pumping and milk storage, etc.

- Teaches parents about the ages and stages of breastfeeding.

- Creates a community of support by bringing breastfeeding families together.

Adult immunization clinic including vaccines for immigration, work, and/or school. (Call for an appointment and for current fees.)

Vaccine program for children up to 18 years of age.

WIC nutritional program provides supplemental food.

Breastfeeding information and education.

Environmental health safety and surety - air, food, and water inspection and contamination issues (complaints and questions). Natural and infectious disease information, such as West Nile virus, insect bites, etc.

Emergency preparedness and response for bioterrorism threats (chemical, biological, and nuclear), mass immunization clinics, strategic national stockpile, volunteer opportunities.

Counselors support and educate families about breastfeeding. Also offers a free monthly breastfeeding class.

Childhood immunizations, some adult immunizations, flu, and Covid immunizations. Breastfeeding assistance and education, parenting classes, TB treatment, and assisting families in finding medical and dental care. Case management is provided to reduce lead and other household environmental exposures, such as Radon.

Eligible individuals can receive nutrition education, referrals to community services, and vouchers for nutritious foods. Additionally, Peer Educators are available to provide breastfeeding education and support to pregnant and postpartum women enrolled in the Nebraska WIC program. Individuals interested in learning more about the WIC program can call for information.
