Story County Public Health

Also offers a breastfeeding class and a Moms in Motion aquatic fitness class designed for prenatal women and includes gentle stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular exercise.
La Leche League of Illinois - Fox Valley

- Free meetings led by volunteer Leaders who are experienced with breastfeeding and are accredited by La Leche League International.
- Support between meetings for breastfeeding challenges, such as positioning and latch, being sure the baby is getting enough milk, soreness, pumping and milk storage, etc.

Public Health Solutions - Beatrice
