A fee may be charged for certain requested tests; the clinic staff will review this information with client prior to testing. Clinic offers walk-in services, on a first come first serve basis, or appointments can be scheduled. Parking is available in the front parking lot. Offers Medical Case Management for people living with HIV/AIDS. Provides connection to low-cost HIV medical care and medication services. Once enrolled, transportation assistance may be available for medical appointments, lab visits, and pharmacy trips. Food vouchers and access to local food pantries may also be available. Referrals to lawyers, legal organizations, and other supportive services can be provided.

Dental Clinic offers preventative dental services including: X-rays, exams, cleanings, fillings and extractions.
Pharmacy services offered to patients. Those eligible for the sliding fee program receive their medications at 30 to 50% below the retail market. Kohl's, Walgreens, Genoa, and Walmart fill all medications. Mobile Medical Clinic services, in which a van visits different locations to see patients.

Provides HIV, Hepatitis C, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia counseling and mobile testing services during evening and late-night hours in locations where high-risk behavior (drug activity, sexual activity, etc.) is known to occur. The program also aims to reduce harm by offering sterile injection supplies and equipment to prevent the transmission of blood-borne infectious diseases and other health complications. Supplies may include sterile needles, syringes, alcohol swabs, and sharps disposal containers, among others, and are available to support safe injection practices, including hormone injection for trans, gender-diverse, and two-spirited individuals.
