Provides an academic unit of the University of Iowa which has an undergraduate, MA-SLP graduate, AuD doctorate, and PhD doctorate programs. We have a training clinic in our building and have been training students for over 60 years to provide speech and hearing services.

Acute pediatric care hospital.

Services include diagnostic imaging, EEG testing, Sleep Disorders Center, child life specialists, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, hearing aids and surgical services.

Provides general medical care services. Including blood pressure screenings, breastfeeding peer counseling, car safety seat program, child and adult immunizations, developmental screenings, family case management, health screenings, Illinois tobacco-free communities' program, lead poisoning prevention program, WIC program, lice education, nutrition education, pregnancy testing, TB screenings and tests, vision and hearing screenings, and the women's health clinic. 

Provides eye exams, hearing screenings, and/or new eyeglasses. Also accepts donations of old glasses and hearing aids.

Offers a comprehensive program of evaluation and treatment for individuals with a hearing concern, tinnitus, dizziness/balance or concussion-related issues, as well as speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.

Also offers curbside Hearing Aid repairs appointments.

Provides eye exams and hearing screenings to individuals in the community who need assistance. Also accepts all types of useable eyeglasses and sunglasses, prescription and non-prescription. 

Offers the following services, smoking cessation programs, women's health education and outreach, cardiovascular screening and education, unintentional injury prevention, car seat safety education and installation services, vision/ hearing screening and referral services, and diabetic self management and prevention classes.

Children's health services include:

- Dental screening, education, referral to dentist after age 3.

- Developmental Screening, Vision Screening, Hearing and Speech Screening.

- Nutrition assessment and counseling by WIC (Women, Infant, Child) Nutritionist.

- Blood pressure testing.

- Health history assessment.

- Immunizations.

- Parent education and counseling.

- Lead testing when appropriate.

Community based health center offering adult and pediatric primary care. Provides a medical home for Chestnut clients, especially those with co-morbid mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Services include:

- Basic primary care, preventive care, and prescription services.

- Screenings (cancer, communicable diseases, cholesterol, blood lead, pediatric vision, hearing, and dental).

- Annual wellness exams for all ages.

- Well child exams and immunizations.

- Lab collections.

- Obstetrical and gynecological care.

- Physicals (school, sports, employment).

Offers comprehensive services for children with hearing loss from diagnosis, evaluations, and treatment. Services include hearing evaluations, speech language evaluation, hearing aids, cochlear implants, diagnostic therapy, speech, language, listening therapy, early intervention services, and outreach services. 

Offers immunizations, vaccines, family case management, pregnancy testing services, county school nursing, vision and hearing screenings, high-risk infant and maternal home visits, childhood lead poisoning prevention, Kid Care enrollment.

Offers a free hearing and vision screening for residents of the North Aurora community. Applications for assistance with eyeglasses and hearing aids available.

Provides eye exams and hearing screenings to individuals in the community who need assistance. Accepts donations of old glasses and hearing aids. 

Provides low-income individuals who are not eligible for eye exams, glasses, hearing tests, or hearing aids through other public benefit sources can apply for those services through their local club.

Used Eyeglasses Collection. Eyeglasses collected for distribution and reuse in poverty areas worldwide.

Diabetic Eye Screening, Travels the state to give free, basic screenings to adults with diabetes and adults over 55 years of age to detect diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration.

Mobile Hearing Screening Unit that travels the state to give free screenings to adults, detect possible hearing loss, and educate the public.

Used Hearing Aid Bank provides reconditioned hearing aids to persons who cannot afford them.
