Provides trauma-informed, client-centered case management and connection to services as a pathway from risky behaviors, specifically group and gun violence, and toward positive relationships. We utilize the evidence-based model - Group Violence Intervention and are part of a community collaborative.

These programs may include arts and crafts, academic workshops, sports, reading clubs, and other recreational, cultural, and civic activities.

School-based domestic violence prevention program that provides education to help students understand healthy family and dating relationships and how to practice nonviolent behaviors.

They work quickly to make sure everyone is safe and then make a plan to support the whole family. CCBYS can help with youth in crisis, youth at risk of involvement with DCFS, and youth at risk of involvement in the juvenile justice system. Call for youth who are locked out and their parents will not allow them to return, a youth beyond the control of their parents and in immediate physical danger, a run-away, or a homeless youth without their parents.
